Tenant FAQs
You can pay your rent securely through our online resident portal. Simply log in, select “Make a Payment,” and choose your preferred method — bank transfer, debit, or credit card. You can also set up automatic payments to avoid missing due dates.
For emergencies that occur outside of regular office hours (such as flooding, no heat, or electrical hazards), please call our 24-hour emergency maintenance line. The number can be found in your welcome packet or on the resident portal. A maintenance technician will respond as soon as possible.
Non-emergency maintenance requests are typically addressed within 24–48 hours, depending on the issue and parts availability. You can submit a request online through the resident portal, and we’ll update you on the status of your repair.
Yes! Lease renewals can be completed through the resident portal. You’ll receive a renewal notice before your lease ends with instructions and any updated terms. Review, sign, and submit your renewal electronically for convenience.
Yes, renter’s insurance is required for all tenants. It protects your personal belongings and provides liability coverage in case of accidents. You can choose any insurance provider, but proof of coverage must be uploaded to your resident portal before move-in.
